RJW Services, LLC was started in 2016 as a small business by owner and CEO Ron Wilson. Wilson has 10+ years of experience working with locally owned and operated records management and destruction companies, as well as an internationally recognized records management company.
Over that time, Wilson developed working relationships with both clients and co-workers alike, both through completing requested tasks together with a team and providing routine services to the clients. In 2015, Wilson decided to follow in the footsteps of Ken Knight, founder of American Records Management, and start his own records management company. Within the first year of operation, RJW Services, LLC acquired contracts with various locations in the network of healthcare facilities under the management of Catholic Health, including Mercy Hospital of Buffalo and Our Lady of Victory Nursing Facility.
